I am an 18-month old reverse brindle male. My foster parents picked me and my brother Atticus up at animal control because my dad passed away.
We had sibling litter mate syndrome, so my brother went to go live with another family. I am much more relaxed now because other animals make me nervous.
My Foster Mom is training me to sit, stay, come, off, and back up. She says that last one a lot because I'm always wondering what she's doing!
They bought me beds for all over the house. My favorite one is the one that I sleep on at night next to their bed. I am also getting used to chilling out in a kennel but I still don't like being alone. I have a bit of separation anxiety, and I will require an owner that is patient and understanding.
My foster parents are amazed at how I lick my jowls after I drink so I don't drip or drool. They also like how I give them tons of "mastiff hugs" by leaning on them. Lately they've been telling me that I'm done growing and it's time to get neutered. I'm just a wee little lad at only 120 lb! Can't we wait? I think they know I'm trying to stall.
At least I'll be able to go for a ride! I like that.
