KAYA-GRACE – UNDER-EVALUATION

Hello, my name is Kaya-Grace. I am 150 lb. Female English Mastiff, spayed and I am 6 years and
9 months old. I am a very sweet, loving, and affectionate. I love hugs and belly scratches. I was
given a stuffed toy with a squeaker in it that I love to cuddle with. If you sit down on the floor
with me, I will snuggle in and cuddle with you. When I go outside, I immediately go to the truck
because I love to go for rides. I am very laid back and easy going. I have only gotten anxious
one time during a thunderstorm while I was in the truck. I will sit and hand you my paw letting
you know that I would really love a treat. Although I am not big on going to the park and playing
catch just yet, I do love going for walks and to get as much attention that I can get. I do tend to
shy away from my food at feeding time, but I am starting to trust a little more and getting
better with eating with an elevated dish. I can also get startled easily with loud noises. I do have
some trust issues that I am working on, but it is only when I am in my bed. I don’t like it when
humans other than my human comes up to me, it is better if you just call me over to you
instead.

MRF Fosters have patience, they learn so much about their mastiffs. Many decide to adopt.
Which is why our Foster to adopt program is successful…it take time and patience to get to
know your companion.
